The “H” distinctive, Health, Trust and Safety Food Handling is a recognition granted by the Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Health, for those permanent establishments of food and beverage (restaurants in general, hotel restaurants, cafes, eateries etc.) comply with hygiene standards which marks the Mexican Standard NMX-F605, NORMEX 2004.
